Jennifer Cropper-Rines

I am a native of Worcester County, MD. I was born and raised just south of Berlin in the small town of Newark. I attended Worcester Prep until eighth grade and Stephen Decatur High School. I am a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. After graduation I worked for a computer software company specializing in Real Estate software. For about 4 years I travelled and taught REALTORS® how to use MLS (Multiple Listing Service) software.

My mother Jo Ann Cropper was in the Real Estate business in Ocean City Maryland from the time that I was 10 years old. In 2002, as she was nearing retirement she offered to help me get started in the business. I gladly accepted. She mentored me for almost 6 years!! Upon retirement she felt more than comfortable that her past clients and my future clients would be in the best of hands.

I was awarded the Coastal Association of REALTORS®, REALTOR® of the Year Award for 2010 and The Women€s Council of REALTORS®, REALTOR® of the Year - 2010. I have served as the President of both organizations in addition to chairing and participating on many committees. I am currently chairing the Communications Advisory Committee for the Ocean Pines homeowners association.

George Rines

I have lived in northern Worcester County MD for more than twenty-five years and am native to the state of Maryland. As a young man I learned the building trade and eventually started my own construction company. In 1998 I obtained my Maryland real estate license. I now have the unique opportunity to combine my construction knowledge with my real estate career and represent Grace Construction in the marketing for their new home construction. Grace Construction is one of the most reputable builders on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. My parents were also REALTORS® for 25 years! It is safe to say that real estate is my life.

I was awarded the Coastal Association of REALTORS®, Community Service Award in 2010. I have been a participant of the Community Service Committee for many years.

Combined George and Jennifer offer over 32 years of Real Estate experience. They were married in October of 2006. As their lives were combined their Real Estate knowledge has also been combined. George and Jennifer are full service and full time with a well rounded, diverse knowledge of the coastal Maryland and the benefits of property ownership on the Eastern Shores of Maryland .
